Martha Cabral
Director of Administration & Corporate Communications | Co-founder
Career
Martha has helped build Mazara from its beginnings, shaping both how the firm communicates with its audiences and what life inside the firm feels like.
A co-founder of Mazara Abogados, she has led Administration and Corporate Communications since 2016, actively helping to build the firm's identity and culture. In her role, she drives initiatives that strengthen a sense of belonging, recognize the team and create opportunities to share, celebrate and connect. It is a dimension of her work that the #MazaraTeam sums up in its own way: the “Head of Happiness.”
A communications professional and strategist, she began her career in 2007. Her experience has allowed her to practice communications from different perspectives: developing strategy, crafting messages and delivering them directly to audiences.
Before fully taking on Mazara's communications leadership, she worked in institutional communications, media and creative projects in the Dominican Republic and Spain. She worked in marketing, publications and institutional communications for a nationally recognized healthcare institution, then became Creative Director of a communications agency, leading public relations projects, launches and brand experiences for companies and institutions across sectors.
Her media experience spans audiovisual production, directing and television, along with more than six years as on-screen talent in news, interviews, panel discussions, variety shows, specials and nationwide broadcasts. That versatility also extends to the stage, where she serves as presenter and master of ceremonies for companies, brands and institutions at openings, corporate gatherings, galas and institutional events.
